Next is an American R&B band with members Robert “R.L.” Huggar, Terry “T-Low” Brown and Raphael “Tweety” Brown. Next first hit success with their hit “Too Close” in 1998 on the Billboard Hot 100. Next went on to top the Billboard Year-End Charts as the Top New Pop Artist, and with the Top Hot 100 Single.

Next’s follow up singles included “Wifey” and “Beauty Queen,” both singles reaching the Billboard top twenty. In 2006 Next was signed to Mathew Knowles’ Music World Entertainment Label. It was reveled in April 2007 that Next’s upcoming album will be entitled “Next Tour” and is slated for a July 2007 release.
