Lloyd Banks is a member of the popular rap group G-Unit. Lloyd Banks released his solo debut album The Hunger for More in 2004. His first hit was “On Fire,” which featured 50 cent. This smash hit helped him sell over 443,000 albums in his first week. His album would eventually sell over 2.6 million records in the United States alone and would sell 4 million worldwide.

Lloyd Bank’s second album was entitled Rotten Apple which was released in 2006. It debuted at #3 and sold 143,000 copies in its first week. Some of the singles from Rotten Apple include “Hands Up”, “The Cake”, and “Help.” In 2004 Lloyd Banks received the Mixtape Artist of the Year at the Mixtape Awards.
