Paris Whitney Hilton was born on February 17, 1981 in New York City, New York. She is the oldest of the four children of Richard Hilton and Kathy Richards. Hilton became famous when a home-made sex tape of her was released in 2003. At the time she was staring in the Fox reality series The Simple Life. She has also has starred in the movie House of Wax and released a self-titled album. Her album reached number 6 on the Billboard 200.

Paris was arrested for driving under the influence in September of 2006. Her license was suspended and she was sentenced to 36 months probation. In February 2007 Paris violated her probation when she was pulled over for going 70mph in a 35mph zone. She was sentenced to 45 days in jail.
