Stone Sour Ringtones



Stone Sour is a melodic hard rock band that was founded by Corey Taylor and Joel Ekman, two members of the metal band Slipknot. Stone Sour is an alternative rock band with heavy metal influences. The band formed in 1992, and originally consisted of Taylor, Ekman, Shawn Economaki, and James Root. The band broke up in 1997 when Taylor and Root joined Slipknot. In 2000 the band produced a demo and went through several name changes, but eventually settled on Stone Sour again.

Stone Sour has released several demos, but their first full length album was not released until 2002. It was self-titled, and released on Roadrunner Records. It reached number 45 on the US Billboard charts, and went Gold. Their followup album, Come What(ever) May, released in 2006. It peaked at number 4 in the US, and also has reached Gold status.
